Vista View has the best Administrator in the business ROGER HUNTE.. love you Roger.. Anyone who is blessed enough to be in a building Roger Hunte is in charge of, well they will be treated like you are his personal family.. That's how he treats every patient.

We had our grandma transferred from Sharp Memorial to Vista View to be closer to our family in Fallbrook, and from day one, the team was incredibly involved in every aspect of her care. Everyone was kind, attentive, and truly focused on her recovery. After 16 days of rehab, she’s now home with us and doing great! We are especially thankful for Sunni, the rehab director, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Her dedication made a huge difference in my grandma’s recovery. We’re so grateful to the entire Vista View team—thank you for taking such great care of our loved one!

The administrator is horrible. He cancels nurses to the point you can’t even make a living. I overheard him saying. “ We flex nurses off”. You sign up for one job and end up doing something else. Yolonda the HR manager is extremely disrespectful and does not know how talk respectfully. This place is waiting for a lawsuit. Please avoid at all cost.
