Dr Albaugh and his whole team are incredible- my kids love going to their appointments. Sharon makes you feel welcome and at home from the minute you walk through the door. Andres is so kind, my kids really like him a lot! It also really feels like there is a cohesive plan of treatment and Dr Albaugh is patient, waits for the right time to take the steps. Highly recommend! Convenient location, great environment .

A little late on this review, but just wanted to say that I had a wonderful experience at this office from beginning to end! Everyone is super friendly and treat you like you are valued customer. I got replacement retainers and they were very thorough with the whole process. I only hope this office is still around if/when I need more retainers, because I will definitely go back!

Absolutely love the office. The staff is very friendly! I had Tania for my first appointment she’s so sweet and understanding. She carefully explained and answered questions I had. Sharon at the front was so sweet. She helped me with finding a day that works best for my appointments. Overall they are very understanding. They really care and listen to you.

Such a great team! Dr. Albaugh is so communicative and willing to do what works for you while still preserving what is best for your health and smile! He really does listen to your concerns and wants you to have the best experience. Sharon is also amazing, they are all always doing what they can to accommodate their patients (even through scheduling changes!) so glad I found them. If you’re an adult looking to straighten your teeth, the smile patio is the place to go!! Should have done this years ago!

I’ve been interacting monthly with The Smile Patio for almost a year and a half now and the staff and doctor have been extremely informative, able to answer all of my questions, and detail how they’d address any concerns with my mouth or the treatment. The care is personalized and personalized well with a staff that’s wildly pleasant to be around. I love coming and being in this environment each month and feel so lucky I found Dr. Albaugh and was able to go with his treatment.
