Mike is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to physical therapy and recovering from injuries. Always with such a positive attitude, Mike encourages progress and is dedicated to improving your wellbeing. In a single session, he was able to provide me with better insight and exercises than I had received with months of physical therapy from another provider. Thanks to him, I have been able to make modifications and return to my sport activities months sooner than expected while managing my pain through strengthening and conditioning.

Mike is super helpful and knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and loves his job. He has helped me rehab multiple injuries that I got doing jiu jitsu. From breaking bones in my hand and my ribs, to damaging ligaments in my knee, his extensive knowledge of rehabilitation has helped me recover and stay on the mats as much as possible. I definitely recommend good vibes physical therapy and fitness if you are an athlete or even if you’re just someone with a nagging injury who is looking to get healthy again.

I cannot express enough how much I recommend going to this. Mike is a phenomenal athlete coach and friend. He has done so much good work for me. He has removed injuries that plagued me for years, he made me as strong and as fast as some pro athletes and he communicates in a way that is not only easy to understand but constantly matches your knowledge while raising it. Across ten years in the marine corps, D1 sports in college and 2 state titles in high school Mike is the best strength and conditioning coach I have ever worked with. I strongly recommend you take advantage of the opportunity to work with him while he’s still small enough that he has space. Mike makes customers for life so he will tun out of room eventually.

I overcame nerve damage and restored mobility with the guidance from the most skilled physical therapist at Good Vibes Physical Therapy and Fitness. I highly recommend Mike for physical therapy. He played a crucial role in my rehabilitation and helped me regain movement after 2 surgeries that left me with significant pain and limited movement. His expertise is life changing. He gave me targeted exercises that gradually allowed me to regain strength and mobility in my right foot. My orthopedic doctor warned me that the nerve damage was permanent. After several sessions with Mike, I now have movement, can drive with my right foot, and can walk normal. I am forever grateful for Mike’s healing impact on my recovery and plan to continue seeking his exercise treatment to help me fully recover.

I have been doing jiujitsu for 7 years and met Mike through jiujitsu. It’s nice going to a PT that is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what’s going on since we do the same sport. Mike has helped my partially torn MCL and ACL get strong enough to get back to training. Mike has also helped my rib that felt like it was out of place. I honestly didn’t think much could have been done for a rib but I was wrong! He accessed and knew it was muscular, after our session I felt almost instantly better and wish I would have seen him earlier! I’m very grateful to know Mike.
