From the moment I walked in, the amazing front desk staff—Eileen and I believe Sherry—greeted me with such warmth and kindness. It was my birthday, and the thoughtfulness and care they showed meant more to me than they probably realized. Scheduling was seamless, I was seen promptly, and my overall experience with Dr. Mark C. He took the time to do a thorough physical exam, ordered the necessary tests, and what really stood out personally followed up just days later to go over my results. That kind of attentiveness is rare. It’s clear that Dr. O’Brien doesn’t just treat symptoms, he builds relationships. He genuinely wants to stay connected and make sure his patients feel supported. Dr. Mark Obrien, from the time he walks into the examination room he makes you feel comfortable relax and at ease. His services are very knowledgeable and professional he takes his time to explain what's going on with your body. He's a very good listener to whatever you want to say. Dr.Obrien is very thorough and considerate with his examinations of you. I'm very happy to have a noteworthy Dr. Mark Obrien as my primary physician.

My first visit to Coastal was fantastic! The facility is spotless, and Dr. O'Brien is an exceptional doctor who truly takes the time to listen. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place and would give them 10 stars if I could!
