Vision Savers

Office smelled like marijuana, which the employees couldn’t help I guess. They were aware but didn’t spray anything until I asked….thats neither here nor there but definitely not how you want to enter a business on a first appointment. The eye doctor himself spent very little time during the visit, gave me very little information and explanation as to what was going on with my child’s eyes…said the same thing he’s always said “he has a lazy eye.” He was very aware my 10 year old did not like the previous glasses, did not want to wear them (to the extent that he cries because he’s embarrassed) but refused to write him contacts….i understand he’s young but i am the parent, who is responsible for teaching him, guiding him, showing him how to care for them, put them in, take them out…etc. I f

The staff do not care about you, they have attitudes. Their glasses are cheaply made and do not last. I am 6 months in and the metal is tearing out the plastic arm cover, and the screws that keep the lenses in keep falling out. When I called to get a prescription, so I can get a better pair somewhere else, instead they looked up how much I paid and informed me of the amount and how much the Insurance Company paid. Do not go to them if you still want glasses beyond 6 months. If you have to call them, do not call and complain, you will get attitude.

I began seeing Dr. Smith a few years back due to insurance changes. I really liked the staff and Dr. Smith from the beginning. I felt like he really took his time examining my eyes and answering my questions. His staff was equally as attentive and nice. Although I had to sign a wavier, each year they would take my last years frames and turn them into sunglasses. This was a great choice to use the frames another year and cut cost. I have no idea what changed this year. I have tried to wear contacts for years, but could never adjust to them. A friend turned me on to multifocal contacts that work well with my eye issues. I have an astigmatism in both eyes along with presbyopia ( comes with old age, go figure ). Anyway, I requested an exam to see if this was an option for me. I don't know wh

I’ve been seeing them for at least 10 years. My mom has been a patient here for about 17-20 years. We love them! The staff is so sweet and personable. The doctor is very friendly and always asks about the family. I have previously worked at a different eye center, and by far this place is the most genuine, upfront and overall great provider for vision services.

Vision Saver has been my eye care center for decades. I haven't had a bad experience with them yet. I will continue to see Dr. Smith until I can't...lol. Thanks. Vision Saver
