U-Save-It Pharmacy - Byron

If you work 9 to 5 Monday through Friday, this is not the pharmacy for you. I called on a Friday after getting off work late to ask if they could please help me if I arrive at 6:02 PM. They absolutely refused. Shutting their doors was more important than the customer. And then every single one of them are pretty much closed the entire weekend if you don’t get there early Saturday morning Which a lot of parents have stuff going on with her kids on Saturday morning. Now I have to wait Monday. Usually, I can call after hours and have it transferred, but I can’t do that because they already billed it out like I picked it up and I haven’t even picked it up yet.I can’t get there because I work the hours they’re open. Not a very good hometown feel at this small town pharmacy and the hours do not

I love U SAV IT Pharmacy. My family always receives great customer service. Always greeted when entering the pharmacy. Any questions that we may have are always answered. They make you feel like you are part of the pharmacy family. Quick turn around on prescriptions.
