It used to be a great doctor's office. You could show up if you were sick and they would take care of you and give you a prescription. Or if I was sick and I knew what was wrong I could call them and they would call in medication. Now. You can't even get an appointment anymore or get him to answer the phone. I recommend that you go to a different doctor's office.

He is the best doctor in town, very professional, friendly and welcoming. He makes me feel at peace.

This practice is fantastic. My needs are always addressed to my satisfaction. Both Dr Kirk and Gina Kirk FNP-C are compassionate and concerned for my well being and top level care. Dr Kirk took care of my husband who had chronic conditions and referred him to the best Specialists . He could not have amazed us more with his knowledge and was our choice for years of care even while my husband was waiting for a liver transplant. The staff are remarkable and I never had a bad visit!

Dr. Kirk and Gina are great. 5 stars to them! I saw her most of the time and she was very thorough and conscientious particularly with women's health. I had to move so regretfully will not being able to see them anymore. Their staff-maybe 0 to 1 star! I am trying to get my medical records and cannot get anyone to return my call. I have called 4 times this week and no one ever returned my call. This is typical and has happened numerous times. It was near impossible to get someone to return a call for refilling prescriptions even though you punch a line for prescriptions or a line for records. Looks like to me someone could call back at some point of a 5 day week or during their 2.25 hour daily lunch. I just want to know what I need to do to obtain records since I have moved out of state!!

Dr. Kirk and Gina are great BUT it's very difficult to actually talk to someone . The phone message states their hours are Monday thru Thursday from 9-5 with Lunch from 12-2:15 and Friday from 9-12. The sign on the door states Thursday the afternoon office hours are 2-3:30 and phone hours are 2-4:45. I need to get a copy of a receipt and arrived at 4:30. Doors are locked and no one answered the phone when I called.
