Vision Centers

I’m extremely disappointed with this eye doctor’s office. They canceled my daughter’s appointment without proper communication, all because I didn’t respond to a message I never received — my phone number had changed, and no one informed me that I needed to “accept” the appointment via message in the first place. When I called to clear things up, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, offering no real help or understanding. Now my daughter, who is in school and needs her vision checked, has to wait another month to be seen. This level of disorganization and lack of empathy is unacceptable, especially when it concerns a child’s health and education.

Beware absolute total care members son was rejected glasses due to his prescription issued. Contacted insurance and confirmed that this was not the case and they where covered 100 percent called back to speak to receptionist about the matter I was told that they are a private practice and they can make there own choices on what they do and don’t do. Used the prescription provided by doctor and purchased glasses else where. My son cannot see clearly with prescribed prescription, and no use in going back to there because they weren’t any help to begin with. Please be aware of this.

Had a really great experience at The Vision Centers - my five year old needed an eye exam and he was very anxious about it. The entire staff was so calming and gentle with him that he very quickly relaxed. They let him take his time in answering their questions and were super patient with him. We were in and out of there in about 25 minutes and my little guy is now very excited to get his new glasses! He even asked me the next day if we were going “to the glasses place again today” and got sad when I told him no. Thank you to all your staff for giving my son great attention and care and making his first eye doctor experience a positive one!

I used to go to the Vision Centers several years ago and stopped going because of the doctor's attitude. I have been having a difficult time seeing for the last several years even with corrective lenses and multiple examinations by different doctors at different optometrist offices. I decided to give the Vision Centers another try and I am so glad I did! I was greeted as soon as I arrived by the staff. They were very friendly. When I saw Dr. Bodofsky, he was like a totally different man. He was patient, professional and had a nice attitude. He was very knowledgeable and best of all, he corrected my vision so I can finally see again. Turns out the other office had me in lenses that were completely wrong. No wonder I couldn't see! I really just want to clarify this first before writing this review. I am such a pain in the butt because I can never make up my mind. I am close to 40 and I have known for a while now that I needed glasses. When you can't read directions on things with reader glasses anymore, it's time for prescription glasses. The 2 ladies that work in the office are amazing by the way and you can tell they really care and are so very PATIENT! The eye doctor there has been doing this a very long time and just by examination he could tell me exactly what all I had problems with, with my eyesight. I didn't even have to say anything. He was spot on with everything. He was also wonderful by the way. So when I finished with my exam, I got to pick out my glasses and there are SO MANY CHOICES! I am pretty sure
