I can’t say enough good things about this office. I called on a Saturday when they were closed because I was in a lot of pain and honestly just hoping to leave a message. First thing Monday morning, I got a call back ASAP. They didn’t make me wait days — they got me in right away that same Monday morning. When you’re dealing with that kind of pain, that responsiveness means everything. Dr. O’Brien was outstanding. She took the time to explain exactly what was going on and why I was feeling the way I was feeling. That education piece helped calm me down more than anything. Instead of just rushing into the extraction, she made sure I understood the process and what to expect. Very nice office! Friendly front desk and amazing staff! Ive had bad experiences at dentist office and Melissa my hygienist made me so comfortable and as ease. She was very gentle and listened to my concerns. Dr Hudson was great he was very matter of fact and I love that! Never thought I would say this but iam hopeful for the future and all my dental needs

The entire team is professional, compassionate, and truly committed to patient comfort. Every visit was smooth, thorough, and handled with the highest level of expertise. We always felt listened to, well cared for, and confident in the treatment we received. Unfortunately, Kingston Village Dentistry is no longer part of our dental insurance network, and we had to make the difficult decision to transition to another provider that aligns with our current plan. Very professional and genuinely kind, I highly recommend Dr. Halle O'Brien, and staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Dental cleanings arent something I usually look forward to but I had a great experience. I did not feel rushed and had a thorough cleaning. My hygenist, Melissa, was especially kind and made me feel vey comfortable. They were also straight forward with cost.
