Urgent Care & Family Medicine Conway

Today was my first experience with Urgent Care & Family Medicine. I must say, all of the staff there is very helpful, caring and just down right amazing! They were all up beat and acted like they were actually happy to be there, which is hard to find these days. When you go into a place like this feeling bad, there is nothing worse than dealing with staff that just does not care. You will not experience that type of service here which is refreshing in this day and age. While waiting they offered water and snacks to everyone. Tell me when you've ever gone to Urgent Care and had people care how long you wait, or if you're thirsty? Anyway, I could go on and on but I wont! I will just say, THANK YOU to the DR. and all of the staff for making my visit as pleasant as it could possibly be. This w

I appreciate Urgent Care & Family Medicine of Conway so very much. The entire staff is welcoming, engaged, knowledgeable, and professional. They really listen to you and are genuinely supportive in your care. They have that old school family doctor's office vibe going on. They treat you like you're among friends and family.

I love the atmosphere there. From the time we worked in till we worked out!! Very nice, friendly, and welcoming!! I took our 6 year old there. I was very nervous, because she's autisc. She stems alot. I was scared he wouldn't be able to tell me what was wrong with her. Honey by the Grace of God, it was smooth!! He knew exactly what I thought it was!! I have found my next best place, when I can't get in their ped!!

I was visiting family in the Conway area and needed to go to Urgent Care. I went to Urgent Care & Family Medicine and saw Dr Valentine. I was so impressed with him as well as his staff. They all were friendly and helpful in addressing my issue. It took less than 30 minutes and I was on my way. They followed up with a phone call to me after they received my lab results to let me know that all was good. If you are ever in the area and need to go to an Urgent Care, please don’t hesitate to go here. Thank you Dr Valentine and your wonderful staff..
