After relocating to the Conway area last January, we researched dental practices on Google. We read reviews on Google and all were positive. We called their office to inquire about appointments. They were able to get us in sooner than any other practice. The office staff was very nice and answered all of our questions. Upon arriving for our first appointment, we were taken back without delay. Our hygienists were Jennifer and Katy. They were awesome. You felt like you had known them for years. Very well-run, organized practice. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the dental assistant and dentist was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Dr Collins has an excellent bedside manner, and explained in detail what was going on in my situation, and discussed possible solutions and risks. She did not rush through my visit, and provided plenty of time to ensure that everything was investigated thoroughly. My dental assistant, Haley, was efficient and sympathetic. The office was brightly lit, clean, neat, and cheerful.

This was our initial appointment and examination. The experience from the time we walked through the door until we left was perfect.
