Virtua Urgent Care - Cherry Hill

I had an excellent experience with the staff at Virtua Urgent Care – Cherry Hill. I called on a Sunday with an emergency concerning my 1.5 yo daughter, and Mary was incredibly kind and reassuring over the phone. When we arrived, Mary and another tech, immediately welcomed us, were so attentive and compassionate greeting us with smiles and taking care of us right away. Our providers were just as caring and thoughtful throughout our visit. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we were in and out within 20 minutes! Thank you so much!

Dr. Lee, Mary and Bhawana were so kind to my 1 year old. They were caring and patient during our visit. My daughter left with a smile on her face. And I left with great peace of mind after Dr. Lee’s medical advice. He really listened to my concerns and addressed everything. Thank you Virtua of cherry hill

I've been coming to this urgent care for 5+ years. I never had a bad experience and found that the virtua doctors were very thorough. However today I was not feeling good and decided I should go get checked out. I was greeted by a young doctor patel. Who came and spoke to me for about 1min. After I told him my signs and symptoms he stated lets see what my viral panel comes back as. I tested negative for covid and flu. He said he is still going to give me TAMIFLU.(eventhough im negative for flu) When I asked for steroids for my sinus pressure he stated "they won't work". In the past steroids have helped me tremendously when I have severe sinusitis. Overall I was not satisfied with the care provided by doctor patel. I've been seen by Dr. Lee and another doctor who i would highly recommend. T

I have poison ivy and they treated me with a steroid. The female doctor was very thorough. Good experience here. But the short course of steroids (5 days) resulted in rebound dermatitis and now the rash is coming back. Not terrible as long as I don't scratch it. Eventually it went away. Baking soda and water mixture or calamine lotion took the itch away.

Helpful and nice, but gets too busy as they see too many people. No one goes to hospital er anymore. I’m giving extra stars because when I was there before today, right before Christmas, an ambulance came to drop off a patient. They turned them away so that’s good. But they need to chill and turn more people away. My wait was so long. I think it’s obnoxious that you’re having employees wearing masks this January. Have not you learned anything g from Covid? Masks don’t work. If a patient is sick, and don’t want to cough spittle onto someone, they can wear a mask. But for these guys and girls to work all day in a mask that prevents nothing, is embarrassing. It’s nothing g but politics and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Please forward this to your higher-ups as I want answers.
