Customer Reviews
I had excellent care here yesterday and today. I couldn’t breathe and was immediately rushed into the ER, then admitted overnight. Harborview couldn’t even figure it out last week! I have heart failure:( Only Virginia Mason amazing ER doctors and nurses could. You’re all so amazing!
I am writing regarding the emergency department care my daughter, Crystal Spink, received at Virginia Mason on March 24, 2024. During her visit, my daughter complained of lower quadrant pain. Dr. Vasilydais performed an intake, and documented “flat affect” in the psychiatric section of her assessment. As both Dr. Vasilydais and Dr. Rachel Lim had access to her medical records through the Virginia Mason system, they would have seen her well documented history of mental health conditions over the last 10 plus years. In the weeks leading up to this visit, my daughter had experienced a sudden severe psychiatric break and had been acting increasingly unwell, including active delusional thinking that people were trying to kill her. It's quite alarming, and my hope is that a medical professiona
Got into a car accident. Waited almost 5 hours and was never seen. Finally left. Went elsewhere with concussion and spine fracture. Don't come here. Didn't even brace my neck even though I told them my neck hurt and I was in pain while waiting to be seen. I was sitting near the registration desk and people were coming in for minor things, apparently they just assume becuse you don't come by ambulance you must be fine
I am now 26 hours into a panic attack. They gave me a pill that did nothing then discharged me. I was brought home 12 hours ago. And now I have no idea what to do. The meds that were supposed to help did nothing and I'm still in. Panic. I tried asking what should be done. And their response was "I don't know. Leave." So WHAT DO I DO? It's now the weekend and I won't be able to get any care until Monday.
I was told by ambulance driving my wife was going to go here, when I show they lie that she there, refuse let me in.. then try to asking her if she was abuse. She then refused sign the paperwork.. offended.. getting hold of a lawyer. Go Swedish next door.. go harbor view.. avoid ER at all cost
