Both the office staff and Dr. Schaller’s nurse have no idea what they are doing. They never answer the phone or respond to emails. My prescription was messed up by his nurse - she gave me zero info on it and sent no instructions to the pharmacy for how often I should take it. I had to play phone tag with the office to get it filled a week late. Most recently, my first ever appointment with the actual doctor, Dr. Schaller, was rescheduled without anyone speaking with me. No phone call or voicemail. Apparently it needed to be rescheduled because Dr. Schaller had a last minute shower to go to. The office never rescheduled me on a day that works for me.
