They were amazing. My wife and I had less then a 5 minute wait time. But the reason I am giving a 5 star is the staff. They were upbeat and made us feel so much better about what going on. This is the best urgent care center I have been to and I will highly recommend it to others!

if i could rate this place 0 stars i would. me and my boyfriend come here together sometimes. not really a problem besides the occasional rude tones. today we went in, quite a few people, only 1 chair was open. which isn’t a problem .. it gets to my boyfriends turn and they deny him service because he’s “not with an adult” . mind you he’s been seen here multiple times before. rude attitudes are expected. no compassion is shown at all.

The front desk person at the primary care physician is absolutely horrible. She has no customer service experience or personable Manners. The fact that she is the first face that everyone sees when walking into there Is going to be the reason why that place shuts down I’ve never had more horrific customer service experience that I have had with that one individual and this one primary care physician ever.i Called to change my appointment and Stated it wouldn’t be for a while So She said you can come in and or cancel the appointment and I said we’ll see if I can and then hung up. Coming into my appointment the front desk person already canceled it without my physical consent and the phone call was recorded on my end And just horrible attitude. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Hours are until 8pm but we walked in at 7pm to be told there were 2 patients in the back so we could not be seen.

Right off the bat I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. It was so fast to see Heather who took my vitals. NP Liz is professional, friendly and quite humorous. I felt so at home and at ease there. It was a pleasure going here and I urge others to do so!
