Shane is outstanding I cannot sing his praises enough. A man of utmost integrity and his knowledge and service is the best. Anyone with hearing issues should feel comfortable knowing that Shane is looking out for them and trying his honest best to get them back their hearing to the best possible outcome.

They give a thorough ear examination and sound test in the insulated booth. The waiting room is very clean and quiet with an area set up for coffee if you want while your waiting to be called in and the receptionist she is very pleasant friendly as you check in at the front It's a good idea to have your ears checked once a year.

I was nervous when I first got in there about explaining my hearing difficulties. I was more than put at ease by the audiologist. Her name was Bethany. She made me feel comfortable and like I wasn’t alone in the world! I tried on their hearing aid model, and it was like it was a miracle. I didn’t even know I had them in my ears! I could relax and listen to conversation and reply with ease I am so relieved to see that there is a solution and it is not uncomfortable! Looking forward to going back and picking them up! Same-day service was probably available, but at the time I had to speak with my husband first. I really would’ve liked to have taken advantage of that! Looking forward to it!

Shane and his assistant Bree have been the absolute BEST hearing aid/center specialists I could have ever been blessed with. 🙌 Both are knowledgeable, kind, caring, gentle and responsive to every question, concern I may have, always available to help. I adore them and give them 10 🌟 out of 5. I recommend people visit their practice in Coventry, Rhode Island. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
