This place is an absolute blessing for parents and kids. My children have been coming here for as long as I can remember, and every visit reminds me why we keep coming back. Recently my son had an issue with one of his baby teeth, and the team got him in right away. From the moment we walked in, they treated us like our time truly mattered. There was no overbooking or long waiting like you experience at so many offices — our appointment was our appointment. What meant the most to me as a parent was how they cared for my son. The team was incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely kind. They took the time to talk him through everything they were going to do, making sure he felt safe and comfortable the entire time. From the moment I booked the appointment to the minute we walked out the door, this practice was absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to find a time that worked for my son, and from the start we were greeted with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The entire dental staff, and Dr. Lewis, were truly incredible. They answered every question, never rushed us, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made both my son and me feel comfortable and confident. Most importantly, they made my child feel safe and at ease, which means everything as a parent. I wouldn’t take my son anywhere else. Ever. Honestly, I only wish they had an adult practice too, I’d switch in a heartbeat!

If you can bring your children to a different pediatric dentist office do yourself a favor and do it. The only reason why I am willing to give this office 1 star is because the actual dentist and dental assistant were professional and made my daughter feel comfortable. The complaints I have are in regards to the front desk staff and the inability to get in touch with a human being or even get a phone call back when you call the office. My daughter was seen there after an accident. I was able to get a referral to the EG office (the family dentist we see was not able to see her in office that day so referred us so she could be seen urgently). One of the best experiences my daughter has ever had at the dentist today, her doctor was so amazing and they talked her through the whole procedure. Joey worked with my daughter today and the doctor, and I would say he is definitely the best pediatric provider we’ve ever encountered. He completely made the whole procedure not scary at all for her with going through every instrument in the most kid friendly way possible and even took the time to explain to her how each one worked prior to her appointment. Between him and our doctor, the entire appointment went from scary to nothing to be scared about for my daughter. Would highly recommend this practice.
