I have been working with Lauren for the past year or so and she is amazing. She is so knowledgable and intuitive when it comes to coaching, her plans are easy to follow and make sense, and I truly feel better and stronger when I'm following her guidance. Lauren is the best at what she does. I connected with Lauren after two failed marathon attempts due glute issues and a torn labrum. I was constantly in pain when I tried to run and my confidence that I could be competitive in the sport was shot. Working with Dr Lauren really helped in that gap where: PT abandons you bc insurance no longer covers it - even when you’re still not back to 75% function and no where near where you want to be, and achieving physical fitness goals. She’s been a great resource, especially with learning how to use parts of the body after surgery has changed and weakened how they work. I’ve seen great improvement over just 5 months, as well as had great support and my questions answered as they arose through completing both encouraging and useful strength and running workouts.

She will answer all your questions, promptly, make changes to your plan as life happens, and she helps you dig into what deeper things may be affecting your running performance. What other stress my be playing a factor, what does your nutrition look like (not just your fueling for running), she will even delve into your bloodwork with you if you are interested.
