Dr. Talvar is highly tardy with his maintenance of appointment time. Average wait time in the room is 45 min to an hour. He also unabashedly promotes his network of services or doctors. He will say "oh I think you should go to this doctor here or the imaging center there"! Beware of this forcible sales tactic. He does not make informed diagnosis through MRI, he writes half hearted notes on MRI requests and the insurance either rejects it or requests him to connect with them, he and his office sit on those peer to peer consultations. The office person says "oh we give the Doctor's cell number but they don't call". If the insurance company is making a request to have peer consultation the doctor should have the responsibility to pick up the phone and make a case for the patien's MRI. He is t

Dr. Talwar was the ONLY spine specialist to actually spend time to help me understand what was going on. He also did a thorough examination to check all my symptoms. He went over what was causing my back pain and where the issue was. His honesty and sincerity was and is very much appreciated. I cannot recommend him more. He did not try to “sell” me anything but gave me an honest and straight forward opinion.

Dr talwar is the best in the field of spine surgery I have had 5 surgeries in the past He also helped me with my mental state of mind. With that I have enjoyed my family and pain free for the last110 years of my life. I am 65 years old and still enjoying playing baseball, football, and ⛳️ golfing, fishing, hunting so thier is life after a bad accident with a man that has Devoted his life to helping others.l have also recommended him-(Dr.Talwar) to a few of mymymy my friends, that he has done surgery on and they are living with no pain in their journey in lifel. Surprised by Dr. Talwar having a couple negative reviews. I have seen a lot of spine Doctors and suffered 20 years of unnecessary pain. Dr. Talwar was the only Dr. that diagnosed and solved my issues. He always thoroughly explained his diagnosis and was easy to understand. I have never had any problems with his staff. I've written bad reviews in the past for Doctors with bad Staff. This isn't one of them. I only mention that because of another review I've seen.

I was seen by this guy called “Dr Talwar, Vikram“ for two times. Exactly as described by other reviewers that he was so rude. He spoke very fast using medical terms and expected patient’s answers exact, precise, and highly summarized. Otherwise he rolled his eyes up and down impatiently and mindlessly with a terrible facial expression. I did suspect he was not in a normal mode. Today he asked me to become his permanent patient and let him do my cervical surgery. My God, his invitation made me “trembling” because i was so afraid that this guy might cut off my head during the surgery if he wont be in a right mood that day. He did tell me that my previous spine surgeon was not board certified but he was. However, I rather trust my previous doctor than him. My previous doctor did have a good h
