All staff so friendly and helpful. I was cold on my surgery day and the tech brought me a blanket. Also when getting my shots she was so nice .rubbing my arm knowing the shots hurt. I love the thoroughness of the Dr. And taking time to answer my questions as well as knowledge me to what he was going to do. Always smiles. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you

Had a great experience at Vida Dental and Brittany was able to get me squeezed into their schedule last minute. Brittany briefed me on what would happen before and after my cleaning and whitening. During the process she constantly checked on me to make sure I was not having any pain and was comfortable. It was such easy, pain free and relaxing process that it almost put me to sleep. I highly recommend Vida Dental to everyone and ask for Brittany.

I had a very upsetting experience at Vida Dental South and would not recommend them. From the start, I felt profiled and treated differently than other patients. I was repeatedly pushed toward higher charges without clear explanations, and when I questioned the costs, the staff became dismissive instead of transparent. What’s worse is that my root canal was mishandled. I left in pain, had complications afterward, and ultimately had to seek care elsewhere to fix the problem. No patient should have to pay more than expected and deal with poor-quality dental work. Dental care requires trust, and that trust was completely broken here. If you’re considering Vida Dental South, I strongly suggest getting a second opinion and carefully reviewing any charges before agreeing to treatment.

I had an emergency situation with a veneer that came loose and I did not get my veneers done at this office. A lot of dentists won’t touch work they didn’t do, but Dr. Patel and his team took me in right away, no hesitation. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Patel made me feel comfortable, explained everything, and re-cemented my veneer quickly and professionally. The result looks perfect, secure, natural, and done with care. If you got veneers out of town and need help with re-cementing or maintenance, this is the spot. They don’t make you feel judged or “inconvenient.” They just help you, right away. I was a customer at Vida Dental and referred multiple people here but I was shocked to learn of a $200 rescheduling fee that was being charged after we had over $3000 worth of service done and still continuing to do so. Before any procedures were done we had let them know our schedule is not very flexible and asked for patience. After them not being flexible with the rescheduling fee they told us it would be waived… however they also did not disclose to us we were given a refund from the insurance and they just took the fee out of that and cut us a check for the rest. Seems like a huge money grab after spending thousands here. Disappointed they did not tell us about the refund and then just taking the rescheduling fee out of the refund.
