Veyo Hot Spot - Lifewell

This company doesn't deserve any stars whatsoever. I have been late to multiple appointments and the ride cancels multiple times and I have to reschedule because the people who drive are not willing to take you to your appointment. They should get rid of this company completely. Every time I call for medical transportation I ask if they can get me a Lyft instead of veyo. This company needs better drivers and the company needs to be better

Worst medical transportation ever I scheduled a ride every week to go to physical therapy Monday Wednesday and Friday in Scottsdale through medicade and every time they scheduled Veyo this company never shows up to take me to my appointment or pick me up from my appointment. I want to know why this company is still operating if they can’t send drivers on time to pick up customers to take them to their appointment and pick them up from there appointment. Veyo please do us all a favor and just close and let taxi companies do all rides, because Veyo you don’t know how to run a smooth company or have good drivers to work for you.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Most of the time they pick you up.late for your appointment and alot of the drivers are very rude. I had one.driver who.was on his.phone and speeding so I.politely asked him if he would pay attention to the road because he almost hit several cars and he kicked me.out of the car on the freeway off ramp. Also alot of the drivers have really bad body oder. If veyo insists on letting the drivers be rude to their customers they will go out of business.

3 rides now suck. I get the text driver on the way I go and wait and nothing . I'm going to specialists and y'all are screwing withy health I started requesting rodes 30 minutes earlier and y'all still don't get the rides here And now I'm late again

I love n enjoy being a driver for Veyo. I’ve been on board since November, and nothing but a good experience
