I took my father, a retired Air Force Veteran, here for hearing aides. He hadn’t ever taken advantage of his veterans benefits until age 93. I cant say enough GOOD things about the care he received from Dr. Glass and staff. They treated him with care and respect. The VA provided excellent hearing aides for him and his quality of life has improved because of it. We are a grateful family. He is a grateful veteran.

A consitantly negative experience overall. Between obvious governmental social engineering on the televisions, staff who are simultaneously hostile and fearful, and doctors of questionable suitability and motivation, this place administers very little in the way of healing or compassion, instead fostering an unreal environment of anxiety and tension. It is the precious few compassionate souls striving for respect and decency here that brings my estimation of this soggy turd up from "utterly dismal and without hope" to "at least it's not next to the land fill."
