Harbor Post Acute Center

My mom stayed here for 3 weeks. The facilities are beautiful, clean and spacious. She was very impressed with the accommodations. The staff were also wonderful and very helpful, always there with a smile to help. My mom made great strides while there and gained back a lot of lost strength. Hopefully, she never needs rehab again but if she does, this is where she'll go. Thanks Harbor Post! ❤️

Wasn't a bad stay, food ( when they got the meal plan right, no quality checks there) wasn't bad. Staff, hit or miss. There were some outstanding professionals and then there were those that had to be asked more than once to support there patients need. Case in point, had to ask 3 time to have bags empty, the last time was at the nurses station. Wasn't to thrilled about that. The overall stay, atmosphere and facilities where excellent. Just some fine tuning in specific areas, that need to be addressed.

Excellent rehabilitation experience for elderly mother after hospital release. NEW ownership about a year ago. Skilled and compassionate staff. Great food! Very clean facility with private rooms. Wonderful PT room with many windows plus great equipment and fun physical therapy sessions. I would highly recommend.

The nurses, aids, PT's and OT's were very supportive. Leanne, Marissa, Sally, Rich and Madison were all a blessing to me and especially my mother Maryellen Cox. Her night nurse Barb was very kind and understanding. Mary the discharge coordinator has been communicating with me closely since my mother’s discharge date. She’s been helpful. My husband had great care while he was there for rehabilitation. Staff was caring and very professional. After he left the follow up was tremendous. They have made contact with us at least once a week to make sure all his needs are met.
