Meijer Pharmacy

This is a fantastic pharmacy. I have no idea why it has so many low reviews. From the techs to the pharmacist, they are all kind and very willing to help. Yes, there is sometimes a line, but they cannot help that. I have had problems with my insurance before, and techs and pharmacists are always willing to help and check if there is a problem.

I despise this pharmacy, but Meijer offers good deals on antibiotics, and this location is convenient for us. But the wait is not worth it anymore and the drive thru layout is tight; I’m going to switch. You’re consistently waiting 20 to 30 minutes even if there’s only a couple vehicles ahead of you. It’s chronically understaffed, or possibly the staff is not trained to move well and efficiently. I did give a second star because they are generally very friendly. It seems more like a management issue.

Lol waited on hold for 40 minutes and got the front, transferred and was told, “no one is available to take your call.” I despise this pharmacy I wish I had a closer one. Very annoying.

Going to have to cold turkey my medicine because their workers can’t pick up a phone, it’s truly disgusting. God forbid people have medicine they need to refill that could permanently alter their life if they don’t have it.

I was just waited on (And I use Waited on lightly) by the rudest cashier at drive-thru.The receipt says All*****. She was unorganized and so very unprofessional. She kept disappearing from the window while I was still speaking and asking questions.
