Vertex Pain Physicians – Stone Oak

Was a patient at this clinic for three years. I thoroughly enjoyed the care I received. Very attentive and welcoming. I have since moved away from Texas and received a bill in the mail, I found a discrepancy in the statement and I have tried calling multiple times a day for over three weeks now and left countless messages. I even called the appointment line also left a message. I even sent a secure message. All of which I have not received a call/message back. I even tried requesting a copy of my records (multiple times) and still am waiting on them. And it's been months! My new provider spent a few months requesting my records in order to continue care which is essential to my way of life. This isn't how we're supposed to be treated. I was told before I left that if I ever needed anything

Multiple issues with offlfice staff, though Dr Mithani has been great. I've had multiple occasions when my doctor requested the staff to obtain insurance approval for injections so I could schedule the injection. They completely dropped the ball with ZERO follow up. Additionally, I've called and left messages with no call back. Another time I called multiple times for three days in a row. No answer, no call back. If I was the office manager, I would fire them all.

Unfortunately CANNOT recommend Dr. V. Do NOT Consider going to this pain management doctor and practice for the following reasons. Dr. V does Not explain the procedures he’s going to perform on patients. His English is hard to understand to the extent of having to ask him what he’s saying. Then attempted to have a second appointment with Dr. V to have him explain the procedure and he was out of office and his staff did not call to reschedule since he was out on the day of the appointment even though the administrative staff and practice director knew four to five hours beforehand on the same day of the appointment. Then when arrived for appointment the practice director Ms. V surprised patient(s) that Dr. V is out of office. The practice director V then convinced patient(s) tha

I had an appointment at Vertex with Dr. Moez Mithani at 8:00 AM on 12/1/25. I arrived 15 minutes early, but the clinic doors didn’t open until 8:00. If the clinic opens at 8, patients shouldn’t be scheduled at that exact time — staff need time to prepare. My visit lasted about 5 minutes. The doctor prescribed two medications, and the nurse told me they would be ready at my pharmacy right after my appointment. That evening at 7:00 PM, the pharmacy told me no prescriptions had been received from Dr. Moez. The next morning I called the clinic. The operator told me their policy is to wait 72 hours before sending prescriptions and claimed there was a sign in the lobby explaining this. She also said I couldn’t even speak to a nurse until 72 hours had passed. This was frustrating and misleadin

I have suffered from severe chronic pain for almost ten years and saw doctor, after doctor who gave up on me because I'm difficult to treat. Then I saw Dr. Vasireddy and he listened to my story, looked me in the eye and told me he would never give up on me,. And he didn't. His compassion, dedication, holistic approach to medicine, are unlike any other ductor who has treated me. There aren't words to describe how wonderful he is and how far he rises above other pain management doctors. Today, I am ecstatic to say that I am pain free. He gave me back my life, and I am eternally grateful.
