Having an appointment I got right in on time . Got professional support and care. Nurse was very attentive and friendly. Practitioner was very supportive. Ask lots of questions and showed a lot of concern and understanding for my issues. Faxed my prescription to my drugstore. Ready when I got there. Very positive outcome by everyone

The staff was wonderful. My voice is gone and they were very patient during check in and triage with my husband more or less translating on my behalf. Anna Penland, the NP-C who saw me was so kind and comforting, her bedside manner was absolutely unmatched. I felt valued as a patient and a person, something I am eternally grateful for.

this was the first, and will be the last time i come to this location. i was yelled at by one of the receptionists, to the extent that one of the two women waiting behind me commented, “i thought she was going to hit you”. why? because i couldn’t produce a urine sample and asked for a little more time to do so. crystal poff is one of the most dismissive physicians i have ever seen. not only was she dismissive, she also lied to my face about a test result. i asked if there was bacteria in my urine, to which she said no, which she could not actually say definitely because the test did not actually check for bacteria. i expressed interest in taking an xray to check for a kidney stone due to an extensive family history, but poff was insistent that if there is no blood in the urine then it’s no

This was a very pleasant experience at an urgent care. From the lady’s at check in, the nurse that brought me back, and the nurse practitioner that saw me everyone was so nice and helpful. I truly felt like they cared about me and wanted to help with whatever illness I had going on. I would highly recommend this urgent care!

The staff was Friendly and very helpful The physician that I had was caring and took the time to help me understand what was going on. You can request online a time to hold a spot But it don’t always mean that you’re gonna get in at that time but mine was at 3:30 and I got called in five minutes before and was in there for about an hour.
