Dr. Poonam in particular went above and beyond she took her time, explained everything with so much clarity and patience, and genuinely made me feel cared for. The store was spotless, organized, and easy to navigate. You can tell they actually care about their patients and put pride into what they do. My wait time was short, checkout was smooth, and the team was friendly and professional from start to finish. I left feeling confident, supported, and extremely grateful. I’ll definitely be returning highly recommend this pharmacy and Dr. Poonam for anyone looking for top-tier service and real professionalism.
