Panorama Urgent Care

Very disappointed. My mom had an appointment at 11am it was 12:30pm the doctor had seen already 2 patients that had arrived after my mom's appointment. Their excuse was that they were looking for a Spanish speaking person when they didn't even bother to ask my mom if she knew English when she actually knows and speaks English at this point I felt that they are being racist they started to talk in a different language in between the staff so that we won't understand what they are saying. I would never recommend this office unless you are their own race.

Useless to come here They take forever to see u even with two patients waiting First visit was 2 hrs wait to just see the dr - even when we were the first ones to register and next day for blood work they took 1 hr for us to take the blood test even after confirmed appointment and nobody waiting ahead of us Highly mismanaged and too laid back approach of whole staff

This is a gem of a medical office. Nurses and Doctors, PAs and Nurse Practitioners are super clueful. Offices are clean and neat, with modern equipment. You can be comfortable putting your health in their capable hands.

The doctor was very helpful, attentive and truly cares about her patients. The staff was also outstanding. I went in without any appointment and they helped me immediately.
