It's a small place, only 4 parking spaces, better back in for an easy exit. The doctor was nice and so was the staff. It's fairly priced and the treatment offered was reasonable (antibiotics, fever reducer, etc). There was a lot of trash outside, but I think that's just most of Los Angeles now. Appointment recommended, fill all the info before the first appointment, nothing too complicated. The person at the reception sprayed calming spray on a fabric an placed it over my cat carrier, which was a nice detail.

Always a pleasure to go here as I feel I get good quality care. The doctor is patient and knowledgeable, the staff is one of a kind. I have been going here for almost 50 years and will continue to go here. I trust the doctor has my dog's health as their top priority.

From the very beginning, Dr. Gupta took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt supported during a very emotional and difficult time. The veterinary staff and veterinarian Dr Gupta are nice people. They smile and say hello when they meet and greet you. Also, the veterinary hospital is clean and well maintained. My only suggestion is that customers can have access to the regular costs associated with Pet Health Care.Costs like spay, neuter, micro chipping and vaccine. Of course it’s understandable that there may be other costs involved. Certain ailments, disease's can only be diagnosed personally by the veterinarian. Overall, we are satisfied with the services and professionalism showed by Dr Guptu and her staff.
