They even don’t deserve one star, this clinic is the worst clinic in LA county, the front girls, they are so unprofessional especially the one who named Rosa, they are so useless, I was respect the doctor, but after I spoke with him yesterday, I believe he doesn’t know how he should speak with patients, I think they charge insurances without seeing patients. Don’t waste your time with this clinic, they will make you feel bad and angry.

The reviews on here were lies, this is one of the worst doctors offices for medi-cal insurance. Even with appointment you'll wait an hr, staff is never able to provide information, and the doctor asked me to self diagnose like im at a doctor office telling you symptoms and then asking me what I think it is .

Dr. Shenouda is a wonderful, knowledgeable M.D. My appointments are never rushed. He takes the time to explain everything. Labs, meds, etc. He is kind and truly cares. I know God helped me find Dr. S. His staff, Olga, in particular is amazing. She is probably the nicest nurse I have ever met, and she goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. Great staff too. I've never felt so at ease in a medical practice in my life. The facility is super clean and comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Shenouda to any adult that needs a PCP. 5+ Stars. Dr. Sameh Shenouda is a sincere and excellent doctor. Within a few months, he guided me to overcome many chronic medical problems. The staff is generous and decent, and the center is clean. Thanks a lot.

MD Sameh Shenouda and his staff are amazing. Doctor is throw in his examinations and is never in a hurry. He's engaging and an exceptional job of communicating with me throughout the visit.
