My first visit at this clinic and it was a 10/10 experience. The provider Maria was so sweet and thorough. She did not skip over any of my concerns and she was sure to go through all of the symptoms I came in for. I will definitely be back. Scheduling an appointment with Patssy was so easy and convenient. They have an amazing program for those that don't have insurance. Very affordable and I can't recommend them enough!

I signed up for a membership here because I was told that with my membership, I would be able to get quicker since they are so busy including emergency ones. However, after I joined, I found out that the reality was the opposite—I couldn’t even get an appointment for a month. This was misleading and frustrating. I requested a cancellation in November, yet I was still charged twice in December. When I reached out, Gabriela from the billing department was extremely unprofessional and rude. She blamed my bank for the extra charges, even though I never authorized them to charge me again. I never even used their services because of the poor customer service. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially since I’m pregnant and don’t have the energy to keep calling to get my money back. I would not

I’ve been with them since October of 2025. When I first applied I was never told that I was locked in a 12 month contract and that there was a cancellation fee of 200+ dollars if I wanted to stop using them. All I was told was if I have proof of me moving or getting a new provider(health insurance) than they can cancel it and I’ve been calling for months and keep getting the run around about me having to speak with their cancellation team which I keep doing and nothing gets done. I get ghosted and each month I get charged. I sent them what they need to cancel it and still they don’t do anything. They stop responding. Why is it hard to cancel something that’s not needed? Like it shouldn’t be that way if you guys are for the people. Poor customer service.

The entire staff is very kind, and the doctor is excellent and makes you feel genuinely cared for. The clinic gives you a positive and reassuring feeling, and above all, you can tell they truly care about their patients.

I’m a patient at Vamos Health, and the service is excellent. The staff truly cares, and Alejandro is an amazing provider—he listens, understands, and really supports the Hispanic community. This clinic is exactly what Phoenix needed!
