It can take quite a while to be seen, even with an appointment, but the quality of care I receive here is always excellent. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been kind, compassionate, and attentive. After going through a tragic event last year, they consistently made time for me, which I deeply appreciated. I understand that the wait times are often due to the many expectant mothers and occasional emergencies that arise—and I fully support them giving priority in those situations. The level of care makes the wait worthwhile.

Had a horrible experience today, whoever answered the phone was so unprofessional and rude, talking about I’m always rude to them…the audacity of her!!! I have only been rude to her once in may and she brought it up lol what a joke!!! And the office manager I’m sure didn’t even write down my complaint!

If I would I would give them no stars. Took my mom for her annual and the front desk lady an older one with short hair talk to you very rude and defensive. Mom had her appointment at 815 asked how long she will take and they just told her all morning. One lady wouldn't open the door for her to use the restroom. Another lady was told to fully put her mask on because the lady in the office heard some coughing. And the girl told her she was not covid positive. Haven't even seen the dr. But I'm leaving taking my mom somewhere else.this place is a joke. Don't come here

Extremely rude. Do not go! Front office all feel superior and talk down to you. Manager isn’t much different. They are all about the money, but don’t seem to care about keeping their patients. I move just about every year and I have never come across an office like this…By the way this is the office of Dr Ronaldo Blanco in case you look at those reviews, they aren’t much different.

Dr. Blanco is such an amazing physician and very informative, so is his partner Dr. Perales. His staff are nice and respectful. Great place for your OBGYN needs.
