Two stars is the best rating I can give them; however, had I written this review six months ago, I would have given them five stars. Over the past several months, I have noticed a decline in both the quality of the service provided and medication dispensed. There are two major problems I have experience which have altered my view. 1) They have not been prompt in filling my prescriptions. Two months in a row I had to call them because because I was out of medication, even though my Doctor had sent the prescription the previous week. 2) They switched to a less effective generic brand for one of my medications. When reported the issues I was having with my medication, the pharmacist seemed to dismiss my concerns. This response was especially egregious because the new generic brand

Terrible service, first time I called I was put on hold for a long time and then hung up on. Then when I reconnected the lady sounded very annoyed, putting words in my mouth just to make herself sound right, without addressing the issue. I gave up and just ended the call since her tone was very annoyed, I felt there was no point and I would not get the help I was seeking. We’re dealing with our medical issues as it is, the workers should be more considerate and mindful.

Nice employees, prompt service even when it's busy. My only issue is my medication doesn't fit in the drive thru pneumatic tube, having to get off everytime. I'm not lazy, just highly inconvenient for other reasons that doesn't need public mentioning. Otherwise, I appreciate everybody's help and courtesy!!

Worker by the name of Arnold was rude. Told me I had to use the ATM if I wanted cash because he wasnt happy about me getting cashback for whatever reason. I told him I'd rather just take my business elsewhere if I can't buy items from their store comfortably and use the options available to us. He snatched my unpaid groceries off the register with a quickness and rudeness. I definitely recommend people shop elsewhere. I'm definitely not spending my money here anymore. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

We always leave voicemails for prescriptions but they never view them and it is frustrating because when we speak to the pharmacy staff they send us to the voicemail. Why have it if you don't see it.
