DOC-AID Urgent Care - Weslaco

I had a great experience when I went to this clinic. The staff which compromised of 3 very kind and patient ladies were all wonderful, especially the doctor! She was very caring, highly educated, and expressed genuine concern about my health. I passionately recommend this clinic. The building itself was clean and “service” was prompt. Also, the days and hours of operation are so convenient. This was the only clinic open on a Saturday which I greatly appreciate. Thank you to the kind ladies who treated me on that day. 💐

Took my granddaughter in to DOC-AID for care. She wasn’t ER sick. This place is wonderful. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff: excellent. NP Aguirre was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. An all around great experience. Will go back with the family if we need urgent care services that don’t quite fit into a traditional Emergency Room visit m! Thank you!

So clean, so organized. Everyone is so nice. I wasn’t even there for an hour. Dr was amazing. She took her time with me. So glad I found this place. I’ll definitely be back if needed.

Ms. Dorys Martinez was an excellent provider during my visit. I came in the last 10 minutes before closing after being turned down by two other urgent cares nearby, even though I arrived before closing. Even with only 10 minutes left, Dorys took me in and gave me a thorough evaluation for my pounding headache. I received the necessary prescriptions right after my visit and by the next day I was feeling immediately better. This will be my new go-to urgent care clinic!

Nice place, staff is wonderful. Dr spent plenty of time with me and making suggestions for next steps. My only complaint is the checkin process and the app they use to gather details. It could be greatly improved and be more intuitive. The receptionist saw my frustration and helped get me entered in to her system so I wouldn’t be holding up the line.
