On February 10, I underwent an outpatient procedure at KMC. I experienced high-quality safety protocols throughout the entire visit. My name and date of birth was verified with every nurse and anesthesiologist that saw me. They also verified the procedure I was having. The nurses provided great medical care and ensured that I was comfortable. All of the nurses were exceptional, but Cruz (think that's her name) stood out. She explained the post-op instructions and had a nurturing personality which is what I needed at the time. My sister that was with me felt the same way. Shout out to all the NURSES! I was hospitalized from February 23rd to February 27th, 2026. I have nothing but praise and positivity from the staff that cared for me starting with emergency room staff, Dr. Linndeman who has attended to me several times is always outstanding with his professionalism, his staff as well, the admission crew are always friendly, the nursing staff on the 2nd floor were always friendly and motivated and happy, I was in room 223 on those days. The cleaning staff were great, friendly too as well as the food service staff. Not a negative thing to say about the entire staff that served me. The food was great too.

Was in Knapp med centre for 6 days. Arrived as emergency and the response, service was great. Nurses ,lab personnel and all assistants. I did not realize I was so sick, but emergency did. The personnel, staff, and cleanliness, was superior. The staff explained everything well. Doctors tend to go too fast, so need interpretation. One doctor on night staff was exceptional,she stayed in room and went over everything till I was satisfied. Thank you Food….there seems to be a lack of communication between person tabulating your request and it getting on paperwork on tray. Did not always agree. He did a good job jotting it down,however what appeared on chit on tray was at time very different or incomplete. You just needed your sense of humor, since at times there was no correlation.

We planned for a natural delivery, but due to high risk complications a C-section was needed. I’ve never been more scared on what to do or expect especially right on the spot. All of the staff made it the best experience ever! Everybody there is so friendly and caring. Best hospital and staff! Thank you for being apart of our special moment and making it the easiest process possible!

my mother is new to the valley undergoing treatments for cancer. Unfortunately she was very under the weather but Knapp Medical and staff has made my moms stay a great one. They all strive to help her get adjusted and feeling better asap. We are very grateful for the E.R department and their rapid movement’s to have mom get all the meds that she needed. The ICU Unit was exceptionally perfect. We are grateful for all their attention and for Mrs. Marlene for taking time out of her day to stop by and chat with mom. She’s the best. For all of her attended nurses on the 5th floor, thank you all for everything yall have done to help mom get back home to her family.
