Valley View Rehabilitation and Health Care Center

My father was a patient at Valley View for Hospice Respite care, 9/8 to 9/18/2025. The care was wonderful, the staff was so caring to him in his final days. The nurses, aides, activities director, even the food services manager hugged us frequently and offer condolences. I also thank Compassionate Care Hospice for recommending Valley View. The facility maybe small, but the care is outstanding.

My grandmother was just released from care at this facility. She was more than pleased with the kind and accommodating staff and had a comfortable stay. All of the employees were happy to meet her needs and the rehabilitation care that she received for her broken ankle was exceptional. Everyone at Valley View went above and beyond to make her feel at home and always showed her and her family a high level of respect and transparency. Overall she is very happy with her experience.

My elderly neighbor spent the Medicare allowed time at this facility. The rehab for her fractures was slow to start due to lack of equipment and her discharge was a nightmare. She was notified on a Friday that she was being discharged to home on the following Monday. No family, a two story condo, the need for around the clock care and no visit from the social worker to discuss these issues. Monday came and she was dropped off at her residence. No walker, no toilet, no shower seat, and no information on how she will obtain occupational and physical therapy. Today is Tuesday and still no return call from the Social worker. Shame on her and the owners of Valley View and The Homestead!! Two stars is a stretch and only reflect the kindness of several staff members.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful care and compassion received by my mother and our family. My mother was able to spend her final days surrounded by loving staff who treated her as if she was a member of their family. The Valley View Rehab and Care Center Nurses, CNA's and all support staff provided the best care we could ever ask for. We always felt comforted when we walked out the door after visiting knowing she was in good hands. They are a quality facility where it feels more like home. Our thanks to all at Valley View. Friendly staff ! The place is very cheery and inviting ! My mother is there and she tells me she likes it there! Staff keeps me up to date concerning any issues my mother might have! It's a small facility which makes it more homey! I highly recommend this place!
