The experience Itself was good. It was fine until I received a bill for $800 for a flu test and a visit with a nurse practitioner, that my experience significantly changed. I was charged several hundred dollars for a Covid test, which I did not receive. I have insurance and it is accepted, apparently. However, if I did not have insurance, My Bill would be $125. when I called billing, I was told that I hadn’t met my deductible so I needed to pay the full amount. When I contacted the insurance company, they paid their specified amount, which was over $493. The medical group still wanted me to pay over $500. After arguing with them, I received a handwritten bill for the non-insurance charge of $125. The same thing happened to another family member of mine. Needless to say, they have lost our

As an adult, it is really hard to find a good local doctor for myself. I called this urgent care and they were able to accommodate me within 2 hours. The Nurse & PA were wonderful, helped me understand my sickness and gave me medication for relief which I had needed for many days. The establishment is also so incredibly clean, even the office coordinator was so sweet. Thank you UC Express for helping me today.

I absolutely love Health Express and Dr. Mike Cirrone. This is the way a doctor’s office used to be. He actually sits with you, talks things through, explains everything clearly, and asks real questions. He doesn’t just pull out a prescription pad—he takes the time to explain the why behind his recommendations. I also really appreciate his functional approach to medicine, combining traditional medicine with natural supplements and lifestyle-based solutions when appropriate. It feels thoughtful, personalized, and focused on long-term health, not just quick fixes. The office is clean, welcoming, and well run, and the staff is friendly, accommodating, and genuinely caring. Great experience!!!! The nurse was so nice preparing me for Dr as well as EKG and blood work. Did NOT even feel it. She was great! Dr. Mike was so friendly and totally thorough explaining everything to me. Made me feel like I could ask anything… I left with no questions!!!!! This is my go to place for months now and I couldn’t be happier! Great place!

I had a very good experience the nurse Julianne was so kind and compassionate to me. Just what you need when you don't feel well. The PA was really sweet and it was a very positive experience. I recommend this urgent care highly. I didn't wait at all it was amazing.
