I am not a dentist person... but from the minute I walk through the door I felt a comfortable. Nicole was awesome , setting up my treatment plan and explaining everything to me. Bobby took all of my x rays. He was upbeat and professional. Dee Dee the goop lady did an awesome job taking my impressions and my temporary plates fit almost perfectly with just a teeny bit of tweaking. Kudos! That was all just the first visit. Since then , I've had two visits for deep cleaning - Bobby is very gentle! Two extractions...and 5 implant sites prepped. Dr.Hanna and her right hand Lennie are amazing! They answer all my questions... and during the procedures if Doctor Hanna senses , you are in any way uncomfortable ... She is right there with more novacaine for you. So I had a busted back molar that was infected.. these guys you start with the front desk ms. Ashley and she is wonderful! She’s super nice and friendly and excited to get you in and then Dr Hanna know exactly what they’re doing. She hooked me up with some awesome antiobiotics and within a couple days I was able to get it removed seamlessly and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience I know dentists can be scary but these guys will make sure your comfortable and not in pain anymore. If you need your teeth fixed or looked at aspen is a great place to start!

The time spent was very long but all the people were just wonderful. It was my first time ever with Aspen Dental and I was very happy with the service and the people. I had an exceptional experience at Aspen Dental. The staff was incredibly friendly, making my visits smooth and comfortable. The doctors and assistants were exceptional, ensuring that I didn’t feel any pain and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. I chose Aspen Dental because they accepted my insurance and were able to schedule me quickly. The office itself is clean, modern, and well organized, and the front desk staff were courteous. The imaging process was extensive and completed efficiently with updated equipment, which initially gave me confidence in the practice. Unfortunately, the clinical experience did not meet that same standard. The hygiene portion of the visit felt disjointed and impersonal, with poor communication and a lack of confidence from staff involved. The interaction was uncomfortable and did not feel patient-focused. When the dentist evaluated me, the interaction was brief and largely conducted without direct engagement.
