I had a broken tooth that got severely infected over the weekend and knew it needed to be extracted. I found Randolph Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Newton through my insurance company. I called Monday morning and Becky was able to get me in on Thursday, then called me back a short while after with a cancellation opening the same day. She took my info over the phone and I filled out the online registration form to save time once I got to my appointment. Jasmine was friendly, courtesy of my pain and kept me comfortable with some conversation until the doctor was able to come in. I can’t say enough good things about my oral surgeon, Dr. Brian Klein, and the staff at Randolph Centers. I was nervous going in, but they immediately put me at ease with their kindness and clear explanations. The surgeon was incredibly skilled, calm, and reassuring, and the procedure went better than I ever expected. Recovery was smooth, and I felt supported even after I left the office. It’s rare to find a medical provider who combines expertise with genuine compassion—this office truly does both. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

Dr Plansky is not only an amazing surgeon but went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and in no pain. I am not comfortable in the dentist chair but she helped me get through my surgery with no issues whatsoever. I think she’s the best surgeon in the business. Her staff is also great and put me at ease the moment I arrived. Thank you all so very much.

I recently required a dental extraction and utilized the services of Randolph Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. From the first phone call to schedule throughout the recovery, the staff were kind, patient, and caring. Dr. Tara Plansky and staff were calm and gracious while dealing with an anxious patient. We've used their services prior and will gladly use them again should the need arise.

I couldn't be happier with the care that I received from Dr. Plansky and Jasmin. I was particularly nervous about having my tooth extracted since it was a molar with 2 previous failed root canal procedures, and the tooth had become infected. Jasmin was professional friendly and helped to ease my fears. Dr. Plansky did a wonderful job. She was very reassuring and the procedure was very quick and without incident. They both made the visit as pleasant as getting a tooth pulled can be!
