Valley Regional Hospital

I rushed my daughter up to the ER on Friday because she fainted and in a lot of pain after having her tonsils removed on Wednesday. All the nurses were great but a huge shout out to Hernon, Christina, MD. She was very thorough and did a couple extra tests to rule out things. She explained everything to us as she did it and the reasons why she was doing those tests. The whole time she made sure my daughter was as comfortable as she could be.

My husband was in the ER. They were all fantastic. They went above and beyond. Doctors and nurses were amazing. He spent 5 days there and got the best care. This was almost a month ago.

Shout out to Nurse Liam! Liam was so caring and passionate caring for my elderly MIL with severe Lewy Body Dementia when we brought her into the ER. Liam treated her like family. Liam handled her with such dignity and made her feel at ease even tucking her in with 'warm' blankets to keep her calm. AWESOME CARE BY LIAM!!!

I have never had a bad experience with Valley Regional. Occasional bad mood in people but that is to be expected. I would choose Valley over Dartmouth and Cheshire. Don't ever go there. It's horrible

The doctor's actions constitute medical malpractice, gross negligence, and a breach of the duty of care owed to me as an injured patient. The doctor failed to perform a comprehensive head-to-toe assessment or order appropriate diagnostic testing, despite my involvement in a high-impact collision and obvious injury. This failure resulted in delayed diagnosis of two obvious injuries which a subsequent physician found alarming and unacceptable. The VRH doctor provided no evaluation or treatment for my pain. He further subjected my fiancée, who sustained a broken femur and fractured vertebrae, to prolonged unmanaged pain by delaying necessary pain medication and separating her from her only support person without clinical justification.
