Jillian Rafter came to see a patient of hers in another department for the first face to face consult. Previously we had a couple of zoom sessions. I am the full time Caregiver to Joe and his son met Jillian today for the first time. Joe is a very sweet 94 years old. He absolutely loves Jillian and feels more than comfortable with her care. I am a first time, new mom and had a rough morning trying to get baby to his appt. I showed up to the office in tears and the office staff were very kind and supportive. They offered to help me baby, my bags, etc. Made me feel good about bringing my son there for care.
