Valley Pediatric Health

I've been going to this facility since my baby was born, but unfortunately, I haven't had a positive experience. I've visited on four occasions, and during each visit, I felt dissatisfied. For instance, I filled out paperwork, only to discover that it was filled out incorrectly on the computer. They never got my baby information correct so they deleted his account info and had me redo the paperwork. Additionally, the staff seemed rude and appeared miserable. I also find HR to be joke or non existent. They mistakenly identified me as another patient and attempted to charge me over $100. When I threatened legal action, the bill suddenly vanished. I can’t say enough great things about this pediatric clinic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. The clinic itself is bright, clean, and kid-friendly, which immediately put both my child and me at ease. The pediatricians here are incredible. Dr. Ameen Alshareef is not only highly knowledgeable but also so kind and patient. They took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything in a way that made us feel confident and reassured about our child’s health. I believe I’m calling tomorrow to change doctor tomorrow does anyone recommend anther doctor that does not deny service to autistic children….. that was my experience today…..

The pediatrician made unprofessional comments about my weight. I felt really uncomfortable on what she was saying and felt it was totally unnecessary for just a school physical. she didn’t need to be adding in any extra comments if its not affecting my health.
