Do not plan on going here if you need urgent oral surgery done. I had to wait 3 months to get a consultation. The consultation went fine, but then they called me with 2 days notice to let me know i would owe $1,148 day of surgery (they accepted my dental insurance). A lady from their billing department claimed they didnt take Care Credit. I had to cancel due to needing to save money for the surgery. Weeks went by and i ended up getting a serious infection in my impacted wisdom tooth and needed urgent surgery for all 4. I called, explaining the amount of pain i was in and wanted to reschedule asap. The lady on the phone was rude, said they couldn't get me in for another 2 months and said go to ER. I recently required oral surgery to have my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Cernansky was my surgeon. He was very professional and answered all questions, he took his time and didn't rush in and out of the appointment. It was quick and pretty painless. He also came in post surgery to provide discharge information to my husband and answered all questions as well for him. I highly recommend Dr. Cernansky at Valley Oral. The office staff and nurses were also exceptional as well.

Scammers watch out. I was referred to them to remove my tooth, I had a referral and picture. I asked for a price - $315, I wanted to pay cash and I did not have insurance information. Next visit I was sure it happening but no, picture only even, next visit office visit where doctor tried to convince me simmple procedure like removing tooth required Anastisia, still nothing happened what I came for. Fouth visit, again push for Anastysia and refused again. At that point I ask if he know what to do? Or anastesiolog will tell him. Finally tooth removed on 4 visit stiche fall out before I got home. Insurance refused to pay for extra pictures they took not necessary so they report me to the collection company. I already talk to my lawyer and waiting for more actions. AVOID this place. Had to drive an hour out of my way for a consult and this was the only location they had availability. Upon arrival I was told they won’t take my insurance and I would need to pay fully out of pocket. Why not check this for the patient before their appointment. Further after reviewing my insurance I searched the insurance site for oral surgeons they accept and lo and behold they were the first one on the list. Two hours wasted for nothing when they took my insurance all along.
