I was seen here twice and both times I was taken right in to the back to get checked in and vitals taken . There was no wait at all. I was treated with respect and not just a number. The staff was the best I have seen in the area in quite a while. They met all my concerns with compassion and support with the best of care . I am happy to highly recommend them to anyone in need of urgent care. And thank the staff for their service and I appreciate them dearly . They are truly a Blessing to this area.

I visited here late in the evening, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They took the time to thoroughly review my X-ray results and provided a detailed explanation of the next steps for my treatment. I really appreciated their professionalism and clear communication. This is a very nice urgent care. They took us back right away, everything was very professional and private. They have a nice waiting area with a coffee bar and very modern medical appliances. The nurses and PA were very nice also to my children, while not making my teen feel like a child. They spoke directly to her and helped come to the bottom of an issue my oldest is having! We will be back to this conveniently located location. Also glad I don’t have to drive all the way to Palmerton now!
