St. Luke's Care Now - Lehighton (Walk-in care) and Occupational Medicine

My toddler got hurt and during the busy holiday season, naturally , every place was busy. We traveled to the lehighton location for the first time and we had a wonderful experience! Our provider was Kelsey and she was exceptional! For anyone that has a toddler , you know that sometimes it’s very difficult knowing when it’s time to be seen. Kelsey and the RN (sorry I forgot your name!) took the time to have my child grab items, and used different techniques to see the extent of the injury. It was comforting seeing the time that was taken with my son to be evaluated and the understanding of how toddlers act when it comes to these things. Though thankfully, he was perfectly fine, it was very much appreciated to not be treated like an over anxious first time mom.

There was alittle problem to get what I went there for, until the person at the window figured out how I can get my xrays done right away without waiting anymore. What's the matter St. Lukes, afraid "you" wouldn't get paid for that service? Geez! Please be alittle more compassionate without GREED. ( Although everyone was GREAT, I came in contact with)

Visited on a sunday. The staff was super friendly. Were were in and out in 20 minutes total. The Nurse Practitioner was amazing at helping with my daughter's ear infection. I highly recommend.

In & out in less than 30 mins. And NOT feeling I was shortchanged. Dr. Bentzinger was very personable, knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to see again and recommend my family/friends to him.

I was very happy with the service. My wait time was minimal and the nurse and doctor were very kind. The doctor took his time and explained the medication he prescribed.
