I have had my three children all go through their orthodontist care with Frey Smiles. We have been greatly satisfied with the progress of their alignment and progression with Invisalign. Office staff is extremely helpful and easy to obtain appointments.

Highly recommend! They're providing top-notch treatment for my kiddo, along with great communication, polite & courteous staff and a high-level of professionalism. I wanted to give a special 'shout-out' to Emily & Ari who made sure that my child's treatment continued go smoothly. Thank you all so much!

UPDATE: What makes the below situation worse is that there has been no accountability or apology for this behavior. The lack of ownership from a professional in a position of trust is deeply concerning. The complete lack of professionalism or empathy is unacceptable for anyone in healthcare. Based on our experience, Dr. Daniel Frey should not be working with children or in a caregiving role. ...... We had a truly terrible and emotionally damaging experience at this practice. My daughter, who already struggles with anxiety, was mocked and belittled by Dr. Frey for expressing fear and discomfort during her orthodontic care. At our last visit, the doctor sarcastically asked me, “Is she going to cry today?” and then proceeded to yell at me in front of staff, accusing us of being disrespectful

I have been coming to Dr Frey since 2014 for braces and invisalign. The staff is always friendly. They are very informative and patient.

Nobody should ever go to this place. Most uncomfortable environment imaginable. Each person is next to one another and 0 privacy with this office. Unprofessional behavior and belittling of the customer base. Do not send children to this man. Verbally attacks the client base in front of other adults. Need to keep a high level of patience to not fire back.
