I have been a patient at this dental practice for 25 years, dating back to the previous owners. When the new owners purchased the practice, I chose to stay because I was satisfied with the care—until recently. I began receiving additional charges for what I understood to be a routine cleaning. When I questioned the charge, the receptionist, Claudine, responded dismissively and told me the charges were “required by the insurance” and that I should stop asking questions. I was not being argumentative; I simply wanted an explanation. She then stated they were performing “periodontal maintenance.” I explained that nothing about my cleaning felt different—same process, same duration, in and out in about 25 minutes—so the extra charge did not make sense to me. The Valley Dentists is the best dental practice I have ever experienced. The physical office is beautiful, the waiting room full of plants, and the music soothing. The desk team is highly competent, welcoming, and the entire operation runs efficiently. I am a patient of Dr. Saxena who is the recipient of the esteemed Indian Society of Periodontology Merit Award. Dr. Bawa, his spouse and practice partner, received the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Award. My personal experience of Dr. Saxena is that he is a kind and sensitive human being who really listens to his patients. He combines those traits with a fierce intensity for meticulous work - and the results show. I will be a long term patient.

1st visit to get established as a new patient. Several dentists, large confortable waiting area. Knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Timely with appointment.

Beautiful new building! Many examination rooms! We used to go to the old location years ago! Very nice people here!
