Hadley Pointe Nursing Rehab & Care

My sister was just discharged last Thursday, im am very pleased her care. The nursing staff were so caring When she was released many staff members made a point to say goodbye and how proud they were of her accomplishments. I can't thank them enough for everything they did..

The staff is very attentive and caring. We had a meeting the day after my mom was admitted with all of her caregivers. I got to meet each of them and go the care plan in place for my mom. This made me feel comfortable and confident that the facility understood what my mom needs to get her back on her feet

I just spent 3 1/2 weeks there for therapy and gait training. When I went in I could not lift nor use my left foot for transfers as I am non- weight bearing on the right foot and wrist. The staff there went above and beyond to help me get stronger and more balance. The aides Jack, Jorge, Anthony, Sid, Hannah always went above and beyond to make sure I was safe with my transfers to and from the bathroom as well as getting into bed. The nurses there were also great at giving me my meds in the morning on time and taking my request of having them at 9-9:30 pm. I had a great experience there and miss my roommate and several others. My mother has been there for rehab. Everytime I visit her, she's very happy, content and clean! The staff are very nice and also welcoming! I visited her today (Christmas) she was eating a awesome meal! Ham, sweet potatoes, asparagus, and chocolate cream pie! The Elaine center is much better then the place she was before!
