Riverbend Animal Hospital

I brought my cat to Riverbend to prepare for an international move. I wish I'd known about this place sooner, because I would've loved to have come here the entire time I was living in Western Mass. Dr. Pelletier and her staff are warm, patient, and knowledgeable, especially with cats (and with international health certificates!). They went out of their way to explain details to me and even took extra time to teach me how to trim my cat's claws. Don't hesitate to bring your cat here!

Wish I could give them 10 stars! They are so incredibly sweet and caring. I have had so many bad experiences of calloused vets in the past and this one is so good that I am floored.

my experiences there have always been satisfactory. Dr. Na was very patient with me in this crisis situation. He explained everything very well. Everyone was really present and compassionate and understanding.. a very satisfactory conclusion to an otherwise very stressful and frightening day

Extremely welcoming staff. They love your pets. Very knowledgeable veterinarians. They take their time to obtain history, perform thorough examinations, and suggest options for further evaluation and treatment with regard to what is realistic for your pet’s situation, while keeping your wishes in mind. I would say they are on the pricier side compared to other clinics I’ve visited. With that said, you are paying for higher quality of care. And the quality of care has been consistent with every provider I’ve seen, as well as every tech and receptionist. It doesn’t help they all dote on my dog, Timmy, which he eats up! So this review is overdue. Kudos and Timmy says ruff ❤️
