The entire staff at Berkshire Facial Surgery is incredible. They are so nice, helpful and responsive. Dr. Bontempi performed a wisdom tooth extraction on me. He has a great personality and clearly loves what he does. He explained everything to me in detail and I was very confident in his skills by the time my surgery took place. I had zero pain or discomfort during and after my surgery. Dr. Bontempi also called me later that night to make sure I was ok. I’d rarely review a medical office. But these guys are great.

Amazing staff and Dr. Bontempi is the best ! I hate having anything done with my teeth - I have severe anxiety when it comes to needles and dental equipment noises but I was so relaxed and calm at Berkshire Facial. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Bontempi and his staff are outstanding! I cracked a tooth off (😱) and they saw me immediately, even though I was a new patient. Everyone was so professional, super knowledgeable, and obviously great at their jobs. And very kind... I was so relieved. They put in the bone graft, and once it had healed enough, they put in the implant. Painless! Perfect!! It’s been a year now and that tooth doesn’t give me a bit of trouble, I have long forgotten it’s not mine. He’s fantastic: fast, skilled, and personable. I’m really grateful that my dentist recommended his office. Addendum: It’s been 4 years, now, and that tooth is just perfect, no pain, no issues. I’m really pleased with their service.
